We absolutely adored the hotel's fantastic location, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. Our room was nice and spacious, and the complimentary evening drinks and snacks were the perfect way to kick off our nights out. Without a doubt, we’ll be returning!

We had a wonderful stay at The Terrace! The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Dinner was absolutely delicious every night, though breakfast could be a bit inconsistent—sometimes it was piping hot, other times just lukewarm. Still, we really enjoyed our time here!

The location couldn't have been better—just a short walk from Central Park, Times Square, Broadway, and the MoMa! We loved being in the heart of everything. The breakfast and evening bar were absolutely fantastic, and the terrace balcony offered such a charming view. The only downside was that our stay felt too short—we’d love to come back!

Vanessa at the front desk was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. We were in town for the NYC Half Marathon, and she made everything so easy for us. One day, our room hadn’t been cleaned yet, but Vanessa handled it quickly and with a smile. Such great service!
